How did Martin get there? The whole thing started with Zimmerman pursuing Martin. Who was winning the fight before Martin was shot isn’t really the issue. The issue is how did the fight start, and we don’t know that. Only Martin and Zimmerman have that knowledge. Zimmerman’s actions can not be characterized either as justified or unjustified. He was acquitted on the basis of reasonable doubt.
