I do think we focus too much attention on the wrong things. But that being said, maybe Frats and Sororities need to stop having these stupid and often offensive theme parties. Can’t they pick a theme that doesn’t require making fun of people in some way? Are there no such themes? And quite frankly, if you are so stupid, and so out of touch with racial sensitivities today, on campus in particular, then you are probably too stupid to be at a university to begin with. I mean, with many similar high profile cases that have taken place over the last 10 years and with all the indoctrination about racial and gender sensitivity that all of these students undoubtedly experienced at the hands of student affairs, to decide to have a theme party where you dress up as black people and deploy banal stereotypes–in the age of social media no less–is the DUMBEST thing ever. I don’t think it is “advanced racism”. It isn’t smart enough for that label. It is just plain stupid and offensive and these so called students should be ashamed of themselves for being so dumb and out of touch. I am 52 years old. I got the memo about this stuff in 1st grade in 1969. Geesh.

I am a somali-american man from washington d.c. the knockout "game" has been going on for over a decade, and as it was mostly happening in lower income areas, garnered little outrage. The main problem with these formerly enslaved peoples is the corporate media, and the social paradigm we as dark skinned peoples worldwide have to now live up to in this 21st century. What do I mean? Physicality, Athleticism and Entertainment skills are valued ahead of things such as Education and the Family. Name ONE black celebrity who isn't one of these. It makes life as an outlier to these roles increasingly more frustrating. Who annointed these idiots Jackson and Sharpton? If they weren't constantly paraded around as representatives on CNN MSNBC and the like, I doubt anyone would know of them in the modern day. As for these poor TKE fools, their fraternity's right to exist is heavy price to pay for a african american version of a cinco de mayo celebration.

This reverend along with al sharpton and jesse jackson are modern day klansmen. If you want to talk about outrage, I would love to know where these men were during the knockout game, in addition to the rapes and murders committed by the people they are claiming to lead, or where they were when spike lee tweeted what he thought to be zimmerman’s address, but was a poor elderly couple’s home. The fact that these men are even “leaders” implies that their people are not capable of leading themselves, and if blacks allow these hacks to exploit race – on both sides of the coin, we are doomed. Before our society knows it, we will be forced to take the diversity training courses this reverend suggests, and political incorrectness will be an actual crime, instead of an excuse to be shunned from society.
