Over the past four to five decades, the left have established and expanded legal, social and societal changes that make it acceptable to discriminate and denigrate individuals and groups based upon their race – as long as the race of the target is not on the list of preferred, politically-correct racial/ethnic identities.

The new progressive racism has been adopted by the Democrat party as a way to guarantee votes and power. Democrats create ever-growing numbers of laws and regulations to codify the behavior into “law”. So it is not only acceptable to be a PC-racist, it is required by law.

The success of PC-racism spawned the multi-billion dollar per year Racialist-Governmental industry (for lack of a better name). Today, large numbers of people in government, corporate HR departments, and academia actually earn a living, even make entire careers of enabling, applying and expanding institutionalized PC-racism.

This industry has grown massively and prospered even in bad times on the taxpayer dime. But the PC-racialist industry finds itself facing a growing problem. Every day many more Americans are choosing to no longer going to allow themselves to be a perpetrator and/or a helpless victim of the industry and it’s powerful, rich ideologues.

Americans are beginning to shed the trappings of PC-racism. But there is so much power, so much money involved, the industry is not going to die any more easily than any other form of institutionalized racism we’ve seen throughout history.

Now tell me what is in poor taste? It draws attention to the racism that exists in America, especially that which is institutionally entrenched. Think about it. Is it OK to exclude someone or treat them differently because of their race? Of course not. And that is what this flier is clearly protesting.

Of course, in these examples, the people being discriminated against are WHITE, but the institutionally entrenched racism is sanctioned by the school.

Now, let’s see how many frothing-at-the-mouth, name-calling responses this comment generates.
